Mr.Girish Prakash Bhandare is an Independent Director of our Company. He joined our Company as an Independent Director on July 30, 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, which he completed in 2005. He became a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2012 and is currently a Fellow Member of the Institute. He has over 14 years of experience in corporate laws, corporate governance, secretarial practice, regulatory compliance and board advisory services. He has been practicing as a Company Secretary since 2012 through his proprietorship firm, Girish Bhandare & Associates.
